The person helping me was named Sowshi, I was super impressed with how good the customer service was, I wish all companies were as easy to deal with and had good customer service! Thank you again Sowshi for the help. I needed to cancel an order that was late and I also realized the size was wrong, the order had not shipped out yet so they cancelled it refunded my money. Because of this I am placing another order with the correct size, thank you agin!

I ordered a swimsuit that was a non return item, knowing I was taking a chance if it would fit as this was first time ordering. All other items I ordered were true to size but the swimsuit. I was contacted immediately by the company ad soon as I made them aware of the issue. They immediately offered me compensation which they did not have to do. Wow very impressed and I have already received the money back. What great service. Already have ordered more items.

I was amazed with the rapid response and immediate attention to solve my concern of my lost package. Usps delivered to wrong address and when I informed Rotita of my concern their immediate response of dont worry we got you. We can resend your order or refund your money to you. Service was amazing. Finally the neighbor brought my package after two week delivery. All is Good. Thank you Alice (customer rep.) For taking care of my concers and helping me to resolve it immediately. 5+++ stars.

Rotita shopping experience was fun. I kept some swimsuits and returned 2 that didn't look nice on me but were great quality. The return process was a little confusing at first because they use a ticket return method. I did receive my refund of the entire amount in 5 days. I will continue to shop with Rotita.

The fourth was much nicer looking online than in person but the return process is there for items you don't like
Only negative is I didn't realize the returns were going to the US so it was more expensive for me returning items from Canada
All in all a good shopping experience

She was lovely, and fixed my situation; however, multiple rating systems on a single interaction is quite dystopian. No country exists in a complete democracy. She got her thumbs up on the chat system because she deserved it. Give your employees a break and room to be human. Heaven only knows... what treatment would she receive from you if I were feeling angry today? Rating people based on subjective answers such as this is not a good indication of proper customer service given.

My experience was excellent. The swimsuit top fits me perfectly. And it arrived earlier than I was expecting. Truthfully I'm looking to purchase more from you.

Purchased a Swimsuit for my wife and she's in love with it. Fabric is good and the right size. Expedited delivery. Definitely recommend this site
